Our Products

Everything we carry is brand new unless state in the listing. Occassionally we do sell "Scratch and Dent" (S/D) items but these are clearly stated in the listing when they are available. We only sell quality RV products direct from the manufacturers to you. We never sell "gray market" items. None of our products are salvage or surplus items. You will see we carry all the brands you have come to know and trust.

Authorized Seller/Service Center

We are an authorized dealer and service center for Dometic, Atwood, Suburban, Thetford, WFCO, Ventline, Air Lift, HWH, Shurflo, Dinosaur Electronics, and Norcold.

Warranty

All parts and accessories we sell are brand new and come with full manufacturer's warranty. Warranties vary from manufacturer to manufacturer so if you have a question about the warranty please give us a call. (866) 289-6982 or email at help@rvpartwholesaler.com

Shipping

Any item that weighs over 13oz will be shipped by Fed-Ex. All items 13oz or below will be shipped Usps.

We ship quick. Most orders ship within 24hrs. If ordered before 1pm est order will ship the same day. If after this cut off time item may still be able to be shipped but it is not guaranteed. We ship from several warehouses across the nation so if you need your item quick give us a call and we will do everything possible to make sure you get it when you need it. We ship most items Fed-Ex so you get your item fast (1-3 days to most US locations). Smaller items ship either USPS Priority or first class (2-3 days). We pride ourselves on our quick shipping. We know that when your RV breaks down you need your part quick. Occassionally we do experience a delay. On these rare instances we will contact you immediately.  Please make sure your contact information is up to date when completing order. Some items will ship freight. If this is the case we will need a valid contact number. Without a number the freight company will not be able to contact you if there is a problem with delivery.  If item is returned to us because of this you would be responsible for additional shipping to and from your delivery location.

Any issues with your shipment including loss, damage, or incorrect items must be reported within 5 business days from the day item(s) are received.  Any claim after this time is not guaranteed and can be automatically denied.  You must report any issues within shipping within a timely manner so we may address the issue right away.  Claims for loss or damage are covered under the policy below. 

Flat rate pricing for Fed-Ex shipping shown is for continental US addresses only. 

Alaska, Puerto Rico, and Hawaii require additional shipping charges. 

Please use the live chat or email to contact us for a quote if shipping outside the continental US.  You will be contacted after the sale to collect the additional amount needed to ship to your address. 

Note Regarding Insurance

  ALL items are  insured automatically during checkout as of Feb 1, 2012.  We have partnered with U-Pic to offer you the most competitive shipping insurance in the industry.  We guarantee all our parts to arrive undamaged.  If for any reason this does not happen please email us at Claims@rvpartwholesaler.com with your invoice number, full name and address, and damage or loss description  If you do not have all this information email our claims department requesting the necessary information and they will assist you further.  You may also call us toll free to speed up this process.  Once your claim information is processed (same day) we will ship your replacement immediately at no charge to you whatsoever.  We cannot upgrade to Express shipping without a additional fee.  This is part of our commitment to you to make sure you feel completely comfortable with your purchase.

Returns

If you receive an item that is damaged by shipping please contact us immediately. We will let you know how to proceed (866-289-6982) or Claims@rvpartwholesaler.com. We guarantee to get working part at no additional cost to you ever.  Non-working parts are warrantied against defects and we will assist you in getting a replacement.  If you wish to return a part you ordered incorrectly or do not want please see our Money Back Guarantee below. You must contact us to return a part. Any part sent to us without contacting first cannot be tracked and will not be eligible for return (if you mistakenly do so please contact as soon as possible so we may catch it when it arrives - we do not want free parts).  There are no returns on electronics or electrical components. NO exceptions.  This includes service items such as control or ignitor boards, thermostats, converters, etc.  All other items are returnable per our 30 Day Money Back Guarantee below.  Shipping and handling is never refundable and any return shipping is the responsibility of the purchaser.  We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee.  This is evaluated case by case.  Some items we cannot resell and must send back to the manufacturer and we are subject to their policies in these incidents.  All items must be inspected when they arrive at our facility and must meet the above stated conditions. You must send all item trackable and insured. This is for your protection. Do not send with signature required. This will only delay delivery to us.We appreciate your understanding regarding this. 

30 Day Money Back Guarantee

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase you may return it if elgible within 30 days of the date of purchase.   Your satisfaction is our goal.  Item must be in original packaging and in new condition.  It must not have been used in any way.  We do not accept returns on items that have been installed.  If item is missing paperwork or packaging we cannot accept.  No exceptions! Item must be in resellable condition.  Return shipping is to be paid by buyer and is not refundable as is the original s/h charge.  If item shipped free originally you will be responsible for the actual shipping charges to get the item to you originally. This will be deducted from the return like normal s/h.  Please call us if you would like to return an item you purchased.  Do NOT send an item back to us without contacting first.  Items sent without contacting us are not trackable and will not be eligible for return.  (Please call us immediately if you forget to do so - we want you to get your refund as quickly as possible) (866) 289-6982.  Exceptions:  Generators that have had gas in them, special order items, awning fabric, converters, and any item that has to be cut is non returnable.  All electronic parts including but not limited to those made by Dinosaur Electronics, Dometic, Norcold, Suburban, and Atwood are also non returnable.  All other items are returnable.  If unsure if a particular item fits your appliance please give our tech support a call toll free at 866-289-6982 ext.2.   We reserve the right to charge a restocking fee and refuse any item that is not in resellable, new condition. Lowest Price Guarantee

We periodically check our pricing to make sure we are the lowest in the nation. If you somehow find a product we sell cheaper please let us know. We will beat it as long as it is not below cost and it meets certain criteria. We must be able to verify the price. Item must be exactly the same and total price must include s/h and tax if applicable. We cannot match prices on close out or surplus items. We do not match to auction sites for this reason. Verified source must be a legitimate US company/website and product sold must be in stock and new with full warranty.  We reserve the right to refuse this guarantee if price is below our cost.  We do not beat pricing after item has shipped.  All items purchased through our website come with a Buy Safe certificate at no cost to you which does give you a low price guarantee.  Please contact us still you find at a lower price so we may adjust our pricing which will enable you to make a claim through Buy Safe.  Your Buy Safe guarantee number is emailed to the email address you provided during check out as well as being available on the confirmation page.  Keep this number for reference.  We do not store these numbers and have no way of retrieving.

Air Conditioners

Air Conditioners ship either Fed-Ex or by freight truck so please make sure you can accept these services at the address you wish to ship to. The insurance is no longer optional as of Jan. 19th, 2012.  To review our previous Terms and Conditions please use the link at the bottom of this page.   Items purchased prior to Jan 19th are only insured automatically for $100.  Any damage or loss above this amount will not be covered for more than $100 if insurance was not purchased.  Any orders placed after 01-19-2012 are automatically fully insured.  We have made this change based on our commitment to our customers to insure a hassle free and safe transaction with no risk.  MOST IMPORTANTLY:  Someone must be present to sign for the item and assist driver to remove from truck. You must inspect unit when it arrives for damage. In the rare event item is damaged call us immediately while driver is present.  We will instruct you on what to do.  Do NOT sign if damaged before calling us. Your signature is verification that item arrived physically undamaged. Any claim after this point is invalid. Do NOT let the driver convince you otherwise. No exceptions. If calling after hours please use the emergency line (ext. 9).  This item is fully warrantied and any internal damage or unseen damage is covered by the manufacturer.   Please review the listings carefully before ordering. When ordering you are agreeing to these terms. No claims will be accepted after item is signed for.   Again you MUST inspect while driver is present. Your personal information is safe with us. We will never sell or share any personal information you share with us. We do not spam your email with advertisements either. Your email will be used to send you tracking information and any other necessary communication regarding your order. We do not use your email for anything else. Although we do not do so now we do reserve the right in the future to send out a seasonal flyer so you may have the opportunity to purchase sale or close out items. We will never spam.
